Dear valued provider/ member,
In line with ongoing universal practice of social distancing to curb the spread of covid-19, we have directed our staff to work from home. We have taken necessary measures to ensure business continuity as usual. However, we will not have access to our call center and request providers and members to use our digital platforms. We have enabled a fully functional chat system accessible via computer and mobile device which is managed by our team in real-time. The chat client user manual is attached below.
